Our Booking Process
At Mama Ducky Pet Sitting, we want to make booking a safe and comfortable stay for your tiny dog or cat as easy as possible. Here's what you can expect when booking with us!
Initial Booking Request
To start, please complete our booking request form. Be sure to include the following details about your beloved pet:
- Pet's Name
- Breed
- Age
- Size
- Gender
- Whether they are spayed/neutered
- Up-to-date on shots
- Any special information, like medications, etc.
- Dates requested
Meet and Greet
Once we have your initial information, we will schedule a meet and greet. This allows us to get to know your pet and ensure they are a good fit for our environment. Meet and greets can be conducted in several ways to suit your convenience:
- At our home in Stratford, Ontario
- At your home
- In a public place
- Over Zoom/Facetime/video chat
Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do have a few requirements:
- All dogs must be under 20lbs, no exceptions.
- All dogs must be house trained or pee pad trained (we're ok with pee pad trained dogs as our chihuahua uses pee pads).
- All dogs and cats must be up to date on shots and spayed/neutered.
- We're happy to watch other animals, but no snakes or bugs, please.
Booking Confirmation & Communication
Once the meet and greet is complete and we're all in agreement, we will confirm your booking! We can communicate all important details and updates via:
